Judge Barbie Scharf-Zeldes

Probate Court No. 3

Barbie Scharf-Zeldes is the Judge of Bexar County Probate Court No. 3.

Sooner or later, the Probate Courts touch every man, woman and child in Bexar County. Judge Barbie brings her intelligence, compassion, sense of fair play and an ability to carefully listen to every case that comes before her. Probate Court will touch your life personally or within six degrees of separation. There is no escaping it. You will go to Probate Court to administer a family member’s estate, seek a guardianship for an incapacitated parent or orphaned child, or challenge the government when it takes private property for public use (eminent domain). It is imperative that you keep a judge that understands these issues, understands the people of Bexar County, and who knows the law.

“I protect families,” Judge Scharf-Zeldes says, “that’s my main job and something I take very seriously. As Judge of Probate Court No. 3, I fairly adjudicate every case that comes before me with careful listening and patience. I work hard to educate our community about how they can protect themselves and their loved ones by planning ahead.”

It’s always important to know your judges before you vote for them, not after you stand in front of them. The citizens of Bexar County are fortunate to have Judge Barbie as their Judge of Probate Court No. 3.

Let’s Keep Judge Barbie.
